Do you offer on-premise installations?
Yes. If you’re considering an on-site CRM installation, our on-premises option gives you full flexibility to choose the set-up that you need. On-premise is offered on a subscription basis with Club-level support for all users, please contact us for pricing information.

What if I need to change my hosting option?
Not a problem! We will talk you through the re-deployment implications and arrange the best time to migrate across to your new hosting environment. Whether that sees you switching from on-premise to cloud, or from the cloud to on-premise, both involve seamless and simple steps to complete.

How can I add more user licences if I need them?
Managing your licenses is easy. Whether you’re looking to add/remove users, upgrade your support level, or make other changes to your account, just contact our Support team as and when you need.
What if I need more Connect email credits?
As long as you are have an active Connect account, you can check your balance and add additional Connect credits at any time, just contact our Support team and we will do the rest.
Can I switch from annual to monthly plans?
It’s up to you whether you want to be billed monthly or annually and new users can be added during your chosen subscription period. All subscriptions are on an initial 12-month basis and if you opt for the annual plan to begin with then you can switch to the monthly plan at the time of your annual renewal.
