Webinar highlights: CRM user engagement strategies that drive adoption
Part 1: Introductions & objectives

Kim Stuart Thomas: Quick introduction of who we are. I’ll let you go first, Jiggy.

Jiggy Patel: I’m Jiggy Patel, Sales and Marketing Director at Gold-Vision. I’ve worked in implementation, account management, and now lead sales, marketing, and customer success.

Kim: I’m Kim Stuart Thomas, Marketing Manager. I’ve been with Gold-Vision for almost eight years. I often hear fascinating stories from Jiggy about CRM adoption—so we thought we’d share the best lessons with you today.

Jiggy: With Molly in the chat for support, we’ll answer questions live. We’ll share tips on improving CRM user engagement—whether you’re using Gold-Vision or another system.

Part 2: Dashboards, training & CRM councils

Jiggy: Start with the “why”—what are your CRM objectives? Forecast accuracy? Sales pipeline? Get clear early.

Dashboards and reports give users a reason to input data. They’re simple to set up and highly effective.

Also, personalized training makes a huge difference. Tailor it to roles and real-world use cases. One-to-one or team sessions work well when customized.

Kim: We recommend setting up a “CRM council”—like a super user group. It gives people a voice and builds internal ownership.

Part 3: Controlling access, automations & keeping engagement

Jiggy: Limit backend access—too many changes can clutter your CRM. Avoid endless custom fields!

Good automation supports users without overwhelming them. A simple example: email alerts when high-value opportunities are updated.

Kim: I’m launching a poll: What would help your team use CRM more effectively? Options include training, data cleanup, dashboards, automation, or integrations.

Jiggy: Gold-Vision automation is easy to manage with a little admin training. A small investment in learning pays off in confidence and control.

Part 4: Optimisation & super user groups

Kim: Poll results are in—data cleanup tools are the top request!

Jiggy: No surprise! Businesses often deal with old or messy data. We’ve got resources—and we’re happy to help directly.

Jiggy: Implementing changes is easier than people think. We’ve seen projects shift dramatically in just one week with the right tweaks.

Set goals, involve every team, and think long-term. CRM should be the central hub of your business—not a burden.

Kim: And don’t forget—you can book a free optimisation session with us.

Part 5: Q&A and final takeaways

Kim: We shared links to a CRM Data Management eBook and a supporting blog post. Great follow-up resources.

Jiggy (on user reluctance): Often, people are scared because they haven’t had training in a while. A simple refresher makes a big difference.

Audience Q: “How do we avoid CRM feeling like a tracking tool?”
Jiggy: Use dashboards collaboratively in one-to-ones. It’s about support, not surveillance.

Audience Q: “Is it ever too late to fix CRM adoption?”
Jiggy: Never! Whether 6 months or 20 years in, simple tweaks can re-energise adoption without a full re-implementation.

Kim: We’ve got a follow-up webinar on CRM security coming soon. Thanks for joining and please reach out if you’d like to chat!
