Gold-Vision CRM (Esteiro Holdings) has been acquired by the Volaris Group, a buy-and-hold acquirer of software businesses, and vertical market technology companies. Volaris focuses on strengthening acquired businesses within the markets in which they compete, enabling them to grow through organic measures or complementary acquisitions. Volaris operates in more than 50 countries, and employs a decentralised business model, whereby acquired companies retain their autonomy and can access selected group-level services.

The existing management team continues to drive the business, and Mark Vernon, with nearly 20 years’ Gold-Vision CRM service moves into the managing director role. Charlie Shaw and Alison Turney will continue to support the business during a transition period.
