2025 is off to an exciting start at Gold-Vision, and Q1 has been packed with achievements, collaboration, and innovation.

From team strategy days to customer visits and new value-led initiatives, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been up to…

Big plans, bold goals: Our 2025 strategy launch at Franklin’s Gardens

We kicked off the year with our Business Strategy Day at the iconic Northampton Saints Franklin’s Gardens. The whole team came together to collaborate, learn, and align on plans for the year. Through cross-functional workshops, strategy sessions, and team-building activities, we set ambitious goals for 2025. It was a motivating day that left us energised and ready to tackle the year ahead!

Strengthening bonds with Andar Software

January also saw a visit from Kim Keith and Cailee Rye of Andar Software. It was a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas and strategies with one of our fellow Volaris Group companies. These meetings are integral to fostering collaboration and driving innovation, and we were left feeling inspired and full of new ideas for the quarter.

Empowering our customers: building success stories face-to-face

Supporting customer success has been a top priority for Jiggy and the team this quarter. We’ve strengthened relationships, aligned on future goals, and uncovered new ways to help our customers maximise the value of Gold-Vision CRM. These meetings are a key part of our commitment to sharing best-practice advice and helping our customers grow.

Celebrating industry recognition

Gold-Vision CRM is proud to have earned four major industry awards this quarter, including Software Advice’s Frontrunner for CRM and GetApp’s Leader in Contact Management. This marks the fifth consecutive year we’ve received such prestigious recognition — a huge thank-you to our customers, partners, and brilliant team for making it possible.

Introducing SQUAD

This quarter, we officially launched our mission statement and values as a business. Meet SQUAD:

  • Supportive
  • Quality
  • United
  • Agile
  • Driven

To celebrate these values, we introduced monthly SQUAD Awards, where team members nominate colleagues who exemplify them. Congratulations to Luke Smith, Tom Starling, and Kim Stuart-Thomas — our winners for January, February, and March!

Q1 All hands review

We finished off the quarter with our first All Hands of 2025, bringing the entire company together to reflect. It was a chance to celebrate smashed targets, share valuable insights, address key challenges, and, of course, enjoy some well-deserved pizza. The central theme of Q1 was laying strong foundations for the future. As we move into Q2, our focus shifts to building on those achievements, scaling our successes, and learning from past challenges to drive even greater impact.
