What a productive quarter it has been! From forging new customer partnerships and strengthening existing ones to launching game-changing products and diving deep into AI innovation, Q3 2025 has been a period of incredible momentum and collaboration.

The past three months have been defined by connection. Whether visiting customers to help streamline their processes, welcoming new organisations to the Gold-Vision family, or sharing knowledge at global events, our team has shown what it means to build powerful relationships. This quarter was all about turning strategic plans into tangible results, both for our customers and for our own team.

Let’s explore the highlights that made this quarter so successful.

Strengthening customer relationships

Face-to-face meetings and strategic calls were a key theme this quarter, allowing us to connect with our customers and help them achieve their goals.

On the road with our customers

Nikki Murphy kicked off the quarter with a visit to a prospect, demonstrating how a true partner relationship can help a business strategically review its systems and build more efficient, cost-effective solutions. It was a satisfying day of sharing experience to help a business solve its pain points.

Molly and Roisin Burton visited Kelsey Lythgoe and the team at Radius Group. They were excited to help take their Gold-Vision CRM usage to the next level by integrating and automating the solution to unify the team and enhance pipeline management.

Another great visit was with James Ashman, Chris Sutton, and Veronica Cannacott at Fortem Solutions, experts in social housing. The meeting was a valuable opportunity to review current processes, improve sales and marketing alignment, and share insights on common business development challenges.

Molly also caught up with Dan Hawkins at PreAction to plan strategic projects, including new integrations to further streamline their onboarding journey and boost team efficiency.

Welcoming new partners

We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with the team at Church House Investments. Gold-Vision CRM will centralise its relationship management and client onboarding, delivering key efficiency gains. Our own Rohan Yousaf is at the helm, steering the project and bringing their vision to life.

It was also fantastic to confirm our partnership with OGL Software! It has been quite a journey, and we’re excited to help them achieve real efficiencies and streamlined processes with Gold-Vision.

Finally, we are delighted that Henry Pumps Ltd has chosen Gold-Vision CRM. With automated correspondence tracking, they have already improved visibility and streamlined operations. This means faster responses and smarter pipeline management for their customers, with a financial integration planned for the next phase.

Team spirit and community focus

As always, we made time to come together as a team to collaborate, celebrate, and support causes we care about.

Macmillan coffee morning

Our team’s love for cake and charity combined for our Macmillan Coffee Morning. Thanks to the delicious bakes and generous donations, we raised £147 to support Macmillan Cancer Support’s incredible work. It was a wonderful opportunity to gather as a team and make a difference.

Q3 all-hands meeting

We held our quarterly all-hands meeting at Vulcan Works in Northampton, providing a valuable forum for the entire team to share, listen, and learn. The session focused on our progress with AI innovation projects, with teams sharing lessons learned from experiments and built agents. It was inspiring to see ideas spark from the session, setting us up for a productive final quarter.

Looking forward with purpose and drive

Q3 2025 was a quarter of building — building relationships, building products, and building our collective knowledge. The progress we’ve made with customer partnerships, the successful launch of Gold-Vision Fuse, and our internal advancements in AI have created powerful momentum.

The insights gained from industry events and the collaborative spirit of our team meetings have energised us for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
