We’re pleased to kick off 2024 with three new awards from Gartner, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry!
- CRM FrontRunner (Software Advice) – for the fourth year in a row!
- Contact Management FrontRunner (Software Advice)
- Contact Management Category Leader (GetApp)
We are delighted to see continued high customer satisfaction and usability scores for Contact Management; placing us ahead of a number of our competitors, including HubSpot CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Dynamics 365.
What is Software Advice FrontRunners?
Every year, Software Advice highlights top-rated CRM software products as FrontRunners based on reviews from real users. The reason? To help businesses make more informed decisions about which CRM software is suitable for them and their needs.
Only products that earn top user ratings make the cut as FrontRunners. To even be eligible for consideration, a product must have a least 20 unique product reviews in 24 months and meet their full Inclusion Criteria.
After these criteria are met, they then score products on two primary dimensions: usability and customer satisfaction.
What is GetApp Category Leaders?
Similarly to FrontRunners, a software product is awarded a Category Leader award based on end-user rating in 5 key areas, including ease of use, value, functionality, likelihood to recommend the product to others, and customer support. The final report breaks down each product’s scoring, giving those on the hunt for new software the ability to:
- View unbiased, data-driven rankings
- See a breakdown of key factors
- Quickly compare apps
