We’ve been doing this since 2001

We started out as Esteiro Business Solutions — a small team who’d spent years inside big consultancies and thought: there has to be a better way to do this. One that doesn’t cost a fortune and actually treats people like people.
So we built it. We offered the kind of CRM and business expertise that only large organisations could usually afford — but without the faceless project managers, the inflated invoices, and the disappearing act after go-live.
Gold-Vision the product came a few years later. The idea was the same: something powerful enough for complex B2B businesses, but simple enough that people actually want to use it. Twenty-five years on, we think we’ve got pretty good at that.
September 2001. A handful of people with big consultancy experience decide to do something different, bringing that expertise to businesses who need it, at a price that actually makes sense, with a team you can actually call.
We build our own CRM because we know exactly what businesses actually need from one. Version one goes live. It’s on premises, it works, and customers love it. The Gold-Vision name sticks.
E-marketing, lead management, better dashboards, we’re adding real capability and moving into the cloud. The team grows. Real departments. More customers. Still the same people you can ring up and talk to, though.
This one’s a proper milestone. Version 8 means you can configure Gold-Vision to work the way your business works, not the other way round. Deep integrations, real flexibility. This is when the product really comes of age.
COVID changes everything, and we adapt quickly for ourselves and for our customers. We also open our Toronto office, meaning Gold-Vision is now properly serving businesses on both sides of the Atlantic.
Gold-Vision is acquired by Volaris, a multinational, buy and hold software group based in Canada. We stay independent. We still make our own decisions. But now you know we’re not going anywhere. That peace of mind matters.
We’re moving to central Northampton and doubling down on what businesses are asking for most right now, help getting real value from AI and automation. Same team, same values, new capabilities.
So, why the new look?

Honestly? The rebrand is about making sure what you see on the outside reflects who we actually are on the inside — a business that's grown up, added real capability, and still cares about the same things we always have.

Nothing about the way we work with customers is changing. You'll still have a dedicated account manager. You'll still be able to reach someone who knows your business. That's not a brand promise — it's just how we work.

Over 25 years of CRM implementation, automation and process work. We know what makes these projects succeed (and what makes them fail). That kind of experience isn't something you can buy off a shelf.
