Don't forget to start the Automated Template in Connect

If you have created a follow up phone stage but the numbers don't tally check whether the recipients are valid for phone

If you are using Touch Points to add Leads (for example) to a Source don't forget to consider your Touch Point Configuration Rules. For example, if your score degrades over time or re-sets to zero after a certain time this could have the effect of removing the Lead from the Campaign Source.

Why does the monthly option only run to the 28th?

As some months are shorter that others there is no option to send monthly after the 28th of the month.

How do I send a Stage once?

The easiest way to do this is to select 'Send Weekly', pick a day and time and set the start and end date either side of when you want the stage to run.

How do I measure the ROI on my Automated Campaign?

Campaign Activities can be created when a Campaign is Run.
They allow you to monitor the progress of your Campaign by the changes in the Campaign Activity status (from 'Not Started' to 'Completed').

From the Campaign Activity, you can directly create Appointments, Opportunities and Bookings.
These allow you to track the progress and performance of your Campaign.

Note - if an Opportunity is created independently it can be linked back to the Campaign by amending the Campaign Source field.
From the Opportunity record select Campaign Stage and select the relevant Campaign Stage.
Please see your administrator if this field is not available on your Gold-Vision screen.

 

Add the Cost of your Campaign in the Campaign Stage Details.

! Note - the Value fields are automatically populated by Gold-Vision, based on the Opportunities and Bookings you created

This will allow for a more accurate overview of your Campaign performance.

How do I edit the Automation settings?

Currently the automation settings are not editable. You will need to stop the automation and re-run it, re selecting the settings.
