My import is showing Ready but the list hasn't been imported to Gold-Vision

This is probably because the De-Duplication process has not been enabled. Ensure that you have clicked Save on the Data Management Settings page and have re started the Data Import Service.

Can I use user defined fields in my Lead Management screen?

Yes, once the Lead had been imported, your Gold-Vision Administrator can add new fields.

How is de-duplicate scoring calculated?

How do I assign Leads to all users?

When assigning leads to all users a team must be created that includes all Lead Management users.This will allow the leads to be allocated amongst all the user base, if no particular user is required as the owner.

Why can’t users see Leads which have been allocated to a team?

Check that the access mode is set to Team or Public (not private).

Which fields should I map my address information to? Account or Contact?

If you map the fields to the account they will copy down to the contact on import. See Importing Data

Users don't have a Target Dashboard when viewing Leads

To enable to Dashboard you need to set up Leads Targets for users in the Administration Console. See your Gold-Vision Administrator.

How do I add a new Lead?

New Leads are added via List Control. Click View - Leads - List Control
Click on the List you want to add the Lead to
Click the + tab and add the new Lead.
