Gold-Vision CRM: Big Enough to Cope, Small Enough to Care

Gold-Vision CRM combines powerful functionality with logical and easy-to-use features, making it suitable for organisations of all sizes.  We know that we’re doing something right when we see this consistently reflected in our online reviews – with an average of 4.5 stars (out of 5) on Gartner-owned review sites.

Gold-Vision is aimed at the mid-market, and we also have a number of enterprise clients on our books – which demonstrates our ability to handle larger, complex implementations, in addition to being a able to provide a great, simple, solution for organisations looking to get started with CRM for the first time.

Unlike some of the bigger companies, our size and approach also enables us to deliver a much more personalised and responsive set of customer services and support, which is one area in particular that we get repeatedly good feedback on:

“Excellent, great customer service, really straightforward software to integrate & use.”

"Easy to use system with great expert training and second to none customer service.”

Great CRM. Affordable price and outstanding service.”

How FrontRunners Works

CRM FrontRunners LandscapeThe aim of Software Advice’s FrontRunners report is to help small businesses to make more informed decisions about which CRM software is right for them – highlighting the top platforms out of over 300 currently on the market (in North America).

An additional layer of information has been added to the quadrant for the August 2018 Report, to take into account the size of the company behind each CRM solution.  Having 50 employees at the time of the report, means that Gold-Vision is categorised as a ‘Small Vendor’.

To be considered for FrontRunner status, CRMs need to have at least 20 reviews published within the last 18 months, as well as having core functionality that includes contact and lead management.  After that, user reviews are then used to score a product in two categories: Usability and User Recommended.
