v7.1.11 Release Brings in New eSign Functionality

Monday 3rd September 2018 saw the release of the v7.1.11 Gold-Vision CRM update – and with it, the latest in a growing number of integrations: Adobe Sign.

Key Feature: Document eSignatures (Adobe Sign Integration)

Customers have had the ability to manage documents within Gold-Vision for many years, but with the new Adobe Sign integration, customers with an Adobe Sign account can set up templates and send/receive signed documents all from directly within their CRM – with no need to switch between programmes.

What is Adobe Sign?

An Adobe Document Cloud solution, Adobe Sign is a cloud-based, enterprise-class esignature service that lets you replace paper and ink signature processes with fully automated electronic signature workflows. Recipients can electronically sign documents by typing or drawing or uploading an image of their signature.

Free to use, our Adobe Sign Integration allows users to create, manage and send fully-branded PDFs to relevant signatories electronically, directly within Gold-Vision:

  • Create template document templates (e.g. sales quotes, training, Event bookings)
  • Send documents from any item in Gold-Vision that has the Word icon
  • Store eSigndocuments automatically against the relevant record
  • View the status of all eSignDocumentson a simple list

As ‘Microsoft’s preferred e-signature solution’, Adobe Sign works seamlessly with Gold-Vision’s Office 365 Integration.
