2017 has been an eventful year filled with projects, exhibitions and the exciting launch of our Toronto office. We’re grateful to all of our customers and supporters who made this year a great one!

Here are some of our highlights…

 

More Customers

2017 saw us gain 51 new customers - almost one a week! We’ve implemented projects across the UK and in Canada, working with companies in a variety of industries. To learn more about these projects visit the Customer Stories section of our website.

 

New Team Mates

We’re growing! 15 new people joined us in 2017 across our Development, Projects and Marketing Departments.

                               

 

Newsletter 2.0

Our Helpsite has grown significantly this year. We’ve shared more resources and rebooted our customer newsletter by focusing on a few key topics such as GDPR and tender management. Here’s a taste of some of the most popular features:

On the Road

Some days were spent out on the road meeting customers, exhibiting, and delivering demos at exciting places like the National Space Centre for Mitsubishi.

We supported the Chambers of Commerce at Global Business Network Live, where they launched their newest certification training portal. And you may have seen us at the National Sales Conference, exhibiting and fulfilling the role of official CRM Partner.

We also took part in the Midlands and Oxfordshire Expos and sponsored the Best Account Manager Award category at this year’s British Excellence in Sales Management Awards (BESMA).

Product Growth

We’re seeing success in our use of LiveChat. This year, 20% of customer support calls were raised via LiveChat. LiveChat has allowed us to respond more quickly and get users the help they need first time.

This year we became ISO27001 accredited. Receiving this specification was a big win and testament to our dedication in delivering the best service for our customers.

We were listed in the Gartner FrontRunners Quadrant for Customer Relationship Management two times this year. Ranking us amongst the top 20 software products for CRM in 2017.

…and the end of this year saw the start of Gold-Vision 8 previews for some of our customers. We can’t wait to bring Gold-Vision 8 to you in 2018!

 

Hello Canada!

We’re expanding our reach. We officially opened our Toronto office and have become members of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA). We look forward to this new adventure and getting to know the CMA community.
