Having previously obtained a CRM that worked extremely poorly, we required a system that could allow us to manage customers, forecast and quote on new work effectively.

Accurate reporting on sales forecasting, sales figures and marketing results was a key project requirement.

The system needed to integrate with our Sage accounts package, to allow us to seamlessly manage project ordering. We also needed to be able to produce reports on a series of different areas within the system including sales forecasting, sales figures and marketing results.
