What is FrontRunners?

Every year, Software Advice uses reviews from real software users to highlight the top-rated CRM software products suited for small businesses in order to build their FrontRunner list. The reason? To help these businesses make more informed decisions about which CRM software is right for them and their needs.

Only products that earn top user ratings make the cut as FrontRunners. To even be eligible for consideration, a product must have:

  • At least 20 reviews published in the last 24 months
  • Core functionality that includes contact management, interaction tracking and lead management

After these criteria are met, they then score products on two primary dimensions: usability and customer satisfaction.
