Powered by Gartner Methodology, FrontRunners is published on, a trusted resource for software buyers, which evaluates verified product data and end user reviews from softwareadvice, capterra and getapp.

Rich CRM Feature Set

To be considered at all, products must have at least 20 reviews and meet minimum user rating scores. They also have to offer a core set of CRM functionality which includes contact management, interaction tracking and lead management capability, as well as some combination of email campaign support, workflow automation, forecasting/reporting, call centre management and/or customer support.

We’ve received some glowing reviews from customers recently, and have a number of great new features due for imminent release - including new functionality to help businesses ease GDPR transition and make it easy to ensure data is GDPR compliant.

Though it’s taken us a little longer than originally planned to get there, we’re also delighted to have entered the final stages of testing of Gold-Vision 8, which means yet more new functionality will become available to customers, alongside a complete facelift of the platform which brings in a new, streamlined, modern interface. 

With these new releases, we’re confident that we’re able to deliver even greater capability and value to our customers, alongside our existing excellent customer support services.
