Job Details

We offer an innovative CRM solution that can be either hosted or on-site and are growing our CRM and marketing tools to add value to our existing software. Within the Development area, we have sub teams in core, bespoke and integration who work closely. The Customer team includes both Support plus our Project Implementations team who assist customers to optimise their CRM systems. There is excellent potential for individuals to develop their career in our growing team and gain a wide range of experience with us.

You will undertake an agreed programme including two or more responsibilities from the following areas:

Software Development:

Involvement in working with one of the following streams: core products, customer projects or integrations. 

Business Systems:

Working with the implementation team to assist with the delivery of projects for new and existing customers.

Technical Support:

Involvement with customers for support, new release testing and bug fixing. 

We are keen to talk to you if you:

  • are in your 2nd year of undergraduate study at university studying towards a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Systems related or similar relevant qualification.
  •  are self-motivated, enthusiasm to learn and develop relevant skills to progress
  • able to work well as part of a team and have a “can-do” attitude
  • have a strong ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently
