Your teams may be based in one location or in offices around the world. We offer training packages depending on your budget, team availability and the depth of training required:

  • Online sessions that are personalised for your business requirements. 
  • Face-to-face training for individuals and teams at your offices with our project team who have a wealth of CRM experience.
  • Face-to-face training at our own offices where you can meet the Gold-Vision team.

New customer training

Speed of implementation can be key to the success of a CRM system. We provide quick-start packages for smaller projects or more in-depth training for larger teams. Training can be focused on a super user team who will champion your CRM and ensure Gold-Vision is efficiently adapted as your business requires.

Additional training for all end-users, or specific training by area such as marketing or sales can also be arranged. Our training services are flexible based on what suits you best.

Help yourself

Visit the Gold-Vision help site to find introductions and scenario based descriptions on all things CRM, from how to create a contact right through to setting up sales dashboards. A wide range of videos give clear how-to instructions, allowing you to train yourself in new areas or get a quick top-up where you need it.

We also offer a free webinar program. Lasting around 30 minutes they cover a wide range of topics. Train new employees with ‘Getting Started’, pick up some tips for marketing and brush up on key business processes.
