Gold-Vision seamlessly integrates with Gold-Vision Connect. When you run a mail campaign through Gold-Vision you can export your recipient list directly from the product and upload them to the Gold-Vision Connect service with one click.

Once uploaded to Gold-Vision Connect, you can review your recipient list and start building your email.

All responses and tracking information regarding who has read your email, clicked on a link, replied, forwarded, unsubscribed or bounced-back can be downloaded back into Gold-Vision with similar one-click functionality.

How it Works...

Gold-Vision Connect is a hosted service provided by the software authors. When you "run" a campaign through Gold-Vision Connect, your recipient list is uploaded to the hosted service. From here you can design, customise and preview your emails before sending your "mailshot" to the recipient list.

Before actually sending your final "mailshot" Gold-Vision Connect allows you to preview, spell-check and send test emails. This simple yet powerful process allows you to guarantee the end result looks exactly as planned with no mistakes.

Responses, click-thrus, replies, forwards, unsubscribers and bounce-backs are all tracked and monitored by the service and can be tracked and reported on directly through the Gold-Vision Connect website. Finally, you can download the data directly into Gold-Vision again with just one click, allowing you run targeted follow-up email or telephone campaigns.

Powerful Reporting

Gold-Vision Connect offers a host of tracking and reporting statistics for your email. Whenever a recipient reads, forwards, replies, clicked on a link, unsubscribes or does not receive your email because it bounced you will know about it immediately.

Tabular tracking data in famiilar Gold-Vision list format allows you to quickly answer questions like "Who has read my email?" or "Who clicked on my new product link?".

Graphical reports quickly show you how successful your mailshot was and will quickly show you what percentage of people read your email or clicked on a link, forwarded or replied. The reports will also show you how many emails "bounced back" because the address didn't exist or similar. Further reports allow you to see who clicked on which links or what time of day was the most popular to read your email.

Most importantly, this tracking information can be synchronised back into Gold-Vision in just one click.
