Users are already familiar with the e-mail functionality - no need for re-training. All standard Outlook integration tools (e.g. Pocket PC) work as standard.

	All e-mail, and faxes are automatically collated against accounts, contacts and other items so you get the full picture when you talk to the customer or prospect.
